Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on LEWHDK for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

4. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We use secure payment processing through HyperPay.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by event. Please review the specific event's cancellation policy before booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Harass or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
7. Content
Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LEWHDK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall LEWHDK, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
